Yes, Hemp CBD is legal to be shipped via US Mail.

To be legal, CBD must contain less than .03% THC, which is the primary psychoactive ingredient found in cannabis.

All products on our site are derived from Hemp and either contain less than .03% THC or are THC-Free products. Idaho is the only state that does not allow Hemp THC products - only Hemp derived CBD that is THC Free.

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to complete and post to your account.

Orders ship within 24 hours if they are received Monday through Thursday. Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped on the following Monday.
